3) Metal Work - flashing, steeple construction and total erection, gold leaf and structural reinforcement.
4) Structural - we offer all phases of structural work - architectural and mechanical assembly and foundation pinning.
5) Interior Restoration - We restore your building to its original interior or modification. We do decorative plastering and artwork.
Preventive Maintenance is the least we can provide our clients. Some firms produce contracts and charges for this service. Two, three, five-year contracts generally end up costing the client unnecessary expenses. In a word, our philosophy has been to save the building while saving the owner money.
